Forecasting Tomato Variety for Different Seasons and Regions of Bangladesh

An experiment was carried out at the "Horticulture Nursery and Germplasm Centre", of Patuakhali Science Technology University, to find suitable temperature, variety for winter season promising heat tolerant summer in different regions Bangladesh. The comprised ten varieties tomato namely, BARI 2 (Roton), 3, 9 (Lalima), 14, Surakkha, hybrid 5, 6, Mintoo (Lal Teer Seed Ltd.), Tidy (Metal Ltd.) Roma VF (ACI Ltd) three temperature conditions viz., normal (10-20°C), medium (21-25°C) high (26-35°C). All treatments were arranged into pots. There altogether 30 treatment combinations with replications. laid a Split-plot Design. Both conditions, independently also combination showed significant influence on parameters plant.
